Our volunteer coaches lead three coached sessions each week:
Swimming: on Monday at 9pm and Thursday at 6.45am at Inverness Leisure
Running: on Thursday at 6.15pm at Inverness Campus
All our sessions are designed to suit all abilities and can be adapted to suit.
In addition to the coached sessions we have an active community that organises social swim, bike and run outings regularly. This includes track and trail running, open water swimming, road and gravel cycling.
Sessions are open to Club members only and are bookable through our club management system Spond.
You can attend 2 free trial sessions before joining. Please get in touch via [email protected] so we can book you in. The club is not insured if non members attend without being registered or when attending more than 2 trials.
